He was born at Holland Arkansas, in Faulkner County, December 23, 1932,
the son of E. J. "Ned" and Bonnie Watkins Garrett.
Mr. Garrett was a Baptist, a U.S. Marine Vetran of Korea.
He was a retired Sergeant from the Arkansas State Police.
He was owner and founder of Blue Star Cartridge and Brass in Searcy Arkansas.
He will be missed by his family, friends and the staff at Blue Star.
