He was born December 23, 1932 in Faulkner County the town of Holland Arkansas.
Born the son of E. J. "Ned" and Bonnie Watkins Garrett,
Mr. Garrett was a Baptist, a U.S. Marine and Veteran of the Korean war.
He was a retired Sergeant of the Arkansas State Police,
owner and founder of Blue Star Cartridge and Brass in Searcy Arkansas,
loving father and grandfather.
He will be missed by his family, friends and the staff at Blue Star.
